There are two versions of the Neato. The XV-11 for the American market and the XV-15 for the European market. Please take care when buying an Neato that its an XV-15. Neato Robotics does not give any support or warranty on American versions here in Europe. We also advice you to keep the packaging in case you need to send in the Neato for service.
